I was so excited when I received this cuff as a gift for Christmas and have worn it multiple times since, BUT after 1 month I am already missing a stone and multiple prongs seem to be too shallow to hold them in place. I’m so disappointed because I haven’t been hard on the earring at all and am already seeing damage in such a short period of time. I reached out to customer service and was only offered a $10 coupon instead of replacing the faulty piece.
