We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2 pm (UK time) on weekdays—ideal for when you need something quickly!
Orders placed after 2 pm or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Once your parcel is on its way, we’ll provide a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
For UK deliveries, we offer 24-hour and 48-hour tracked Royal Mail options.
We are excited to announce the opening of our US and EU warehouses, allows us to offer significantly faster shipping times worldwide! Please note that orders to other regions will continue to be shipped from our UK warehouse in Devon. This expansion enables us to provide our international customers with more competitive pricing and improved delivery times.
Yes! You can, to start a return, please contact support@bijouxdemimi.com within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. This timeframe is fixed and cannot be extended due to gifting, holidays, or personal circumstances.
Please note, we do not accept returns for the following items:
- Opened or worn items
- Cash bought items at pop-up shops
- Earrings or items that go through piercings
- Gift wrap
- E-gift cards
- Merchandise
- Promotional items, sale, sample sale, or cyberweek items
- Replacement items
Shipping a return to our warehouse is the customer's responsibility and expense. Shipping fees and additional charges are non-refundable. Refunds take 5-14 days. For more information, please see our Refunds policy
If you believe your item to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, please submit a message to our Customer Service Team here with your full name, email address, postcode, order number and clear photographic or video evidence. Our Customer Service Team will then be able to provide you with an appropriate resolution.You do not need to return your faulty item back to us.
If you believe an incorrect item has been shipped to you, please submit a message to our Customer Service Team here with your full name, email address, postcode, order number and clear photographic or video evidence.

Our earrings are manufactured and sold in pairs, which means we cannot separate them or sell singulars. We are unable to adjust this offer for you. However, our Anna Stacker Set is made up of 4 singular pairs, and an Ear Cuff Chain.
Since Wednesday 29th April 2026, we are delighted to announce our full waterproof online store. All of our pieces are water-resistant electroplated, on a hypo-allergenic base.
To keep your jewels sparkling like they deserve we recommend the following:
- Clean your jewels occasionally using a polishing cloth to help prevent scratching.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Keep your jewellery in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent tangling or scratching.
- Avoid bending your jewellery, as this can cause stones to loosen or fall out.
If your Huggies, Ear cuffs and Ear Chains were ordered before Wednesday 29th April 2026, these were made from our 14k gold-plated hypoallergenic materials, and are not waterproof, please take extra care to preserve their finish:
- Avoid wearing your earrings in the shower, while swimming, or with wet hair.
- Keep your earrings away from chemicals, including perfume, lotions, and cleaning products
Yes, since our fully waterproof launch on Wednesday 29th April 2026 you can now wear all of your Bijoux De Mimi pieces in water!
All pieces ordered since Wednesday 29th April 2026 from our online store, or at an official Bijoux De Mimi Pop-Up are now fully waterproof. If you purchased before this, they are the old version. If you are shopping from a Stockist, please contact them directly.
Our Rings come in three sizes: L/ 51, N/ 54, P/ 56.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply further discounts, refund discount amounts or cancel / amend any orders that have already gone through.
Thank you for your interest in doing work experience with Bijoux De Mimi and our Founder Amelia. As of this moment, we are not offering work experience or internships. When we are, we will share it accross our socials with how to apply then. We really apprecaite your determination, but due to the sheer amount of emails we get in regards to this, we will not be able to respond.
