The gems come out really fast and it shows easily so ruins the look of the bangle. Quality is quite poor in water despite saying it’s water proof. However I have received other jewels from bijoux before that have been amazing quality. Still have beautiful jewels but the bangle I received was slightly faulty!

The quality is very disappointing. Even with it being waterproof, I don't wear it in the water, I don't sleep with it - nothing, and a gem came off which makes this entire bangle pretty unwearable now. I had complained about a tiny gem falling of my charm bracelet (and I thanked Bijoux for replacing it) but compared to this it's really nothing. For 35£ bangle this is so disappointing. I really wanted to buy the same bangle in turquoise and also matching gem ring from the new collection but I honestly don't think I will. I love Bijoux and I've spent a lot of money there I'm loyal to the brand (love Amelia too), but I don't know if I want to take the risk of losing money again.

I’ve written to but not heard back from customer services. The bangle seems to be really poor quality. Two stones have fallen out within the first ten minutes of ownership. Had hope someone would have been in touch. Instead youve sent me this auto email asking for feedback. Really poor experience and hopeful that you are going to resolve matters.

The bracelet I received had a faulty Closing clasp so sadly i have lost the bracelet as it kept falling off whenever i wore it . Very disappointing as the design is lovely and received it as a Christmas present.

I bought 5 items as gifts. 4 gems fell out of the bangle within 1 hr of wearing. A gem fell out of an earring and one earring did not close properly on arrival. 2 fault is unlucky. 3 seems like very poor quality product. My daughter was very sad

i love bijoux and all my items from them are all great quality apart from the martha bangles unfortunately. i have been wanting this piece for the longest time and when i received it 2 of the gems had fallen out, they weren’t even in the bottom of the bag. i contacted customer services and they wouldn’t give me a refund or exchange so i kept the bangle and when i wore it 2 more gems came out. so annoying as i love bijoux and all their pieces are stunning, but from experience as this has happened to my other martha bangle too i wouldn’t recommend this specific piece unfortunately x

I really love bijoux and received so many gorgeous pieces for christmas which are all amazing! i wouldn’t recommend this piece though as 2 gems have popped out after only 2 days of wearing. its really annoying because its such a gorgeous piece, i also got the pink and gold one which turned up with 2 missing gems (they weren’t even in the bottom of the bag so it was sent faulty) and i contacted customer services and they wouldn’t give me a refund or trade it in for me so i kept it and i wore it later that day and 2 more gems popped out. really annoying as i love bijoux

i love bijoux and have been a huge fan for a while, however i wouldnt recommend this specific piece. 2 gems have popped out after only 3 days of wearing, im super surprised as all my other bijoux jewelry is such good quality so im not sure why this has happened🥲

Gorgeous colour and design. The clasp arrived slightly looser than the other bangle I ordered, but I didn't have any issues with it. However, after wearing it a couple of times, the clasp is very loose and fell off my hand twice in one hour. Didn't have this issue with the other bangle I ordered, so may just be a faulty bangle or this product in general.
