    Clasp came undone which was disappointing

    Having so many pieces from this brand I was rather disappointed that the clasp does not hold well enough and unfortunately gave way when I went out for dinner, so I lost both the necklace and my cross charm. I did not expect it to be so quick and easy for it to fall off as it had never looked as though it may come undone before.
