Our Products

Where are you based?

Bijoux De Mimi is based in Notting Hill, London. Our studio/office sits above Notting Hill Gate, only minutes away from Portobello Road. We have a beautiful view of the colourful houses Notting Hill is so famous for and we love it!

Are Mimi's good for sensitive ears?

The inner part of all of our earrings is made from a combined metal mixture, which means they contain non-hypoallergenic materials. Even though our pieces are 14K gold plated, we cannot guarantee that you would not get a reaction if you are allergic to some metals.

Are your huggies safe for newly pierced ears?

At Bijoux De Mimi, we follow the advice of top piercers and recommend only changing your new piercings after having them for 4-6 weeks.

What size are the earrings?

Our huggies average at around 15mm in diameter, but the pendants on them vary in size.

Can you shower while wearing your Mimi's?

You can, but we don’t recommend doing it too often as the gold plating will wear off over time if you do.

What piercings can you wear Mimi’s in?

Mimis are designed to fit in any piercing along your outer ears, so that's any lobe or helix/cartilage piercing! We are always looking at new designs so we may expand our range in the future, meaning more ways to wear your Mimi’s, so keep an eye out for new pieces!

How often do you restock?

We try to restock monthly! This generally depends on our manufacturers and how many new collections we are releasing, along with how popular the collection has been. The best way to find out about our restocks is to follow us on Instagram and TikTok where we release drop information in advance.

Will you be making more silver jewellery?

Yes! We have had so many requests for more silver jewellery and we have listened! Our new silver pieces will be arriving in the first week of June, so keep an eye out for them on our socials...

Royal Mail Delays November & December

Please note that our courier Royal Mail is currently undergoing strikes in their services. Consequently over this period there may be extreme delays. The orders are fulfilled and collected every working day between 10-12 by Royal Mail and any problems are out of our control and, as a small business we are unable to accept responsibility for any strike delays. Please contact your local Royal Mail customer service point for any further information about your order.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Tracked 24: Speedy tracked shipping for those who have got to get their hands on our jewellery. Please allow 1-2 working days. (please contact us if your order hasn't arrived in 5 days).

Tracked 48: Shipping for those who are cool with waiting a little longer for their order. Please allow 2-4 working days (please contact us if your order has not arrived in 7 days).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, of course, we do, some of our biggest fans are from all across the world! We recommend choosing the tracked shipping method at checkout, so we are able to locate your items are at all times.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the unsanitary nature of sharing earrings, we cannot accept returns. However, if your items are faulty then we accept them being returned to us. Please read our Returns Policy page for more info on how to return.

Where is my order?

You can find all order information including your tracking code in your shipping confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched it is in Royal Mail's full control. If your tracking has marked your order as delivered please contact Royal Mail directly.

Upon fulfilment we are unable to provide any information or help with your order further then your tracking code.
