How long does Christmas Shipping take?

How quickly will my order be fulfilled?
We aim to fulfil orders same-day if placed before 3pm. Any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped next working day.

No, orders placed are final, and change-of-mind cancellations or returns are not allowed.Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

How do I get 10% off my first order?
To receive 10% off your first order, simply sign up [here]. Once you’ve signed up, check your email for the discount code. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
How to I get the free pair deal?
To claim the free pair deal, add over £50 worth of any jewellery to your basket. Once you’ve reached this amount, a pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose your favorite pair.
Please note, we can only offer the free pair if it is selected from the pop-up. We are unable to adjust any orders after they have been placed.
What happened to your other offers?
We previously offered 15% off for signing up and a free pair when you spent £30 on huggies. However, we found this was unfair to those who wanted to shop for products other than huggies. To make things more inclusive, we now offer 10% off + a free pair when you spend over £50 on any products. This spend limit aligns with the price of two pairs of huggies, just now includes all of our other jewellery too!
Can I apply a discount code after I’ve placed my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to orders that have already been placed. To ensure you don’t miss out on savings, please apply your discount code at checkout before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Returns
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be packaged in our iconic, bold post-box-friendly envelopes. Each package includes an information flyer, a sticker, and one free jewelry pouch for every two items. If you need additional pouches, you can purchase them here.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
No, address changes are not permitted once your order is placed, due to our speedy fulfilment operations.To ensure successful delivery, carefully review your shipping details before checkout.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
On a normal day, we aim to ship all orders out before 3pm same day. Due to high demand, orders placed during Cyber Week or the Christmas period may experience slight shipping delays. However, we are working hard to ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible, aiming to fulfil all orders before 1pm same day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping for those who are cool with waiting a little longer for their order. Please allow 2-4 working days (please contact us if your order has not arrived in 7 days).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, of course, we do, some of our biggest fans are from all across the world! We recommend choosing the tracked shipping method at checkout, so we are able to locate your items are at all times.
Do you accept returns?
We are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any jewellery due to hygiene reasons, unless your jewellery is proven to be faulty. If your jewellery is faulty, please return it to us by following the instructions here (https://bijouxdemimi.com/pages/returns) and we will fix your earrings and return them to you same-day as arrival.

How do I add a gift box to my order?
To add a gift box, select the "Add 1 gift box" option at checkout. Due to our post-box-friendly packaging, we can only include one gift box per order. If you need more than one, please place multiple orders and use the code LOVEYOU for free shipping.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, please check the tracking code in your confirmation email. If you did not enter your email at checkout, please get in touch with us via email and we can pass on your tracking code.
Where are you based?
After 3 years in our Notting Hill 'Bijoux HQ' We have now moved all operations to our Warehouse, based in Devon, UK, whilst our founder Amelia still runs the show from her Notting Hill office.
How do I get in touch with customer service?
Our customer service email address is info@bijouxdemimi.com. As a small business team we usually respond to these emails in the afternoons, Monday-Thursday. Please note, we do not respond to DMs on social media accounts.
What is your jewellery made of ?
The material of the jewellery totally depends on the piece you're buying, so don't forget to read the product information!
The inner part of all of our huggie earrings, cuffs and ear chains are a mixture of copper & stainless steel and the outer, a 14k gold plating. Which means our jewellery is hypo-allergenic. Please note, these are NOT water-resistant.
Our Belly Chains, Necklaces, Hand Chains, Charms & Bangles are made out of a PVD gold electroplated stainless steel, meaning they are water resistant, though over time in salt water and harsh chemicals, the plating can eventually fade.
Are your huggies safe for newly pierced ears?
At Bijoux De Mimi, we follow the advice of top piercers and recommend only changing your new piercings after having them for 4-6 weeks.
How often do you restock?
We try to restock quarterly! This generally depends on our manufacturers and how many new collections we are releasing, along with how popular the collection has been. The best way to find out about our restocks is to follow us on Instagram and TikTok where we release drop information in advance.
