The below Terms and Conditions apply specifically to all orders placed during our Cyberweek Sale 2025. This includes any orders placed from 5:00 PM on Sunday 23 November 2025 to 00:01 PM on Saturday 29 November 2025. 

• No adjustments, returns, exchanges, or replacements will be valid on any orders placed during the Cyberweek Sale.
• No order cancellations, all orders are final once placed.
• No discount codes, store credits, offers, or free item deals can be used while the sale is on, our website will not allow this. 
• Our gift wrap offer will remain the same, you can add one full price gift box per order. 
• Sale amount and prices will change throughout the week.
• Our Advent Calendars will remain at their 25% off RRP price throughout the entire week and will not be included in the changing discounts.
• When stock is gone, it’s gone, sold-out items will not be restocked during the sale.
• Make sure all order details are correct before checking out.
• All offers are available while stocks last.
• Fulfillment and shipping may take a little longer than usual.
• Orders are packaged in a bijoux-red envelope, with one free jewellery pouch per two items and an invitation to our Christmas Kings Rd store.
