Shipping Policy


Please choose your shipping option depending on how long you would like your order to take. Please keep in mind Royal Mails current delays, to track your order please find your code in your shipping conformation email, this may have landed in your spam.

We offer two types of UK postage:

Tracked 24: Speedy tracked shipping for those who wish to receive their order within 1-2 working days. (Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 5 working days)

Tracked 48: 2-4 working days. (Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 7 working days)

Once your parcel has left Bijoux De Mimi you will receive a shipping confirmation email, this is automatically sent once your order has been scanned and dispatched, your order is then Royal Mails responsibility (please check your spam folder for the email). We will of course help you with any issues and please do contact us to request a copy of your dispatch note & shipping label if you would like to locate a delayed order by contacting Royal Mail. Your order will be sent to the delivery address that the client has stated in the registry form- it is important that the client ensures that address details are correct as these cannot be modified, “Bijoux De Mimi” cannot be held liable for lost orders related to an incorrect address or incomplete information entered on an order, nor held liable for mistakes made by Royal Mail.


International deliveries are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked. Please note international shipment is currently taking 2-4 weeks due to COVID & BREXIT delays.

Return & Exchange Policy


At Bijoux De Mimi, we are unable to process any refunds unless items are faulty on return and unfixable. If Royal Mail has caused delays or issues to your order, we are able to process a refund, but only once located and returned to us due to how our system works. Alternatively for a faster response please ask for a copy of your shipping label, reference information and dispatch note to contact Royal Mail. We are ever so sorry if you are reading this but unfortunately Royal Mail has had extreme delays between November - January beyond our control which we are endlessly doing our best to solve. 


At Bijoux De Mimi we endeavour to make sure you’re 100% happy with your new jewels. For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns on our earrings UNLESS they are faulty. Nor do we accept exchanges or offer refunds.

On occasion that an item may be faulty, please return the product by following the steps below and we will fix them or if they are not fixable, replace them. Please note due to the bustling small business environment we will fix them and return them as soon as they arrive and you will not be notified of return arrival or departure. Many thanks!

Please pop the singular faulty item in an envelope, and include YOUR NAME, REASON FOR RETURN and ADDRESS on the returns NOTE INSIDE. We will not be able to refer to instagram messages or emails, so please don't forget the note!
